Stampers’ Ten Club Gifts

These are gifts I made for my Stampers’ Ten Club members. Each box was stamped with the incentive stamp that was the gift. I’ll post other photos of the box to show the inside and bottom.

I used the Stamp & Supply Box, 105745 2. Small (3 x 4-3/16 x 1-1/8) $5.95 on page 235 of the Stampin’ Up! Idea Book and Catalog.

Measurements:
Bottom & Sides: 4-1/2″ x 5-3/4″
Top: TWO 2-13/16″ x 4-3/16″ pieces

Instructions:
1. Score at 1-1/8″ on all sides of 4-1/2″ x 5-3/4″ piece
2. Cut out squares in corners
3. Fold on score lines and put into box
4. Round the corners on the 2-13/16″ x 4-3/16″ piece (use SU small corner rounder)
5. Embellish the top piece as desired & adhere to top of box

Stamper’s Gathering

We are planning our second scheduled Stamper’s Gathering. It is open to all members of the “Crazed Stampers” Yahoo group and also to members of the “Pebble Creek Posse.”

We would like to get a tentative count of those that would like to attend so those who like some advance notice to prepare for a card swap can get an idea of how many swaps to make.

We’ll provide more information as things get firmed up. We just wanted to send this out now so you can start thinking about what card you’d like to make for the swap which will part of this gathering.

We are going to do a Valentine card swap, have some munchies and share ideas through a show and tell. There will be a swap of a full card not a card front. You will not need to provide an envelop with your swap.

There may be other than SU demonstrators participating in the swap. They may use whatever stamp sets and materials they wish. However, for SU demonstrators, please use only SU materials, and current stamps ..that way we’ll have some samples we can share at their workshops/classes.

We’ll let you know how many swaps you need to do about 10 days prior to the gathering. There are 23 people on this mailing list, so if everyone came you’d need 23 cards. At our first meeting we had 13 participating in the swap, so that gives you a range for the number of swaps if you really want to get a head start.

Why: To stamp, to talk stamping, to swap stamped valentine cards, to eat, to get to know other stampers as crazy as you are, did I mention to stamp???? How: Pot Luck – hors d’oeuvres, card swap and make & take

Paper plates, cups, napkins and make and take will be provided.

For those attending: Please bring

Full cards w/o envelopes to swap (# TBD)
Your choice of beverage (no alcohol allowed in the room)
Hors d’oeuvre to share
