Rachel’s Journal

This was done for my niece Rachel’s HS graduation…she loves purple. Done with a retired paper from SU and some non SU flowers and rhinestones…but now we have all that in the Pretties Kit and the fire and ice!!!

This a chipboard 5×8 journal that I created using Just Delightful Scrappin’ Kit. Had to have a matching gift bag. The collar on the bag also uses Just Delightful Scrapping Kit supplies.

Stampers’ Ten Club Gifts

These are gifts I made for my Stampers’ Ten Club members. Each box was stamped with the incentive stamp that was the gift. I’ll post other photos of the box to show the inside and bottom.

I used the Stamp & Supply Box, 105745 2. Small (3 x 4-3/16 x 1-1/8) $5.95 on page 235 of the Stampin’ Up! Idea Book and Catalog.

Measurements:
Bottom & Sides: 4-1/2″ x 5-3/4″
Top: TWO 2-13/16″ x 4-3/16″ pieces

Instructions:
1. Score at 1-1/8″ on all sides of 4-1/2″ x 5-3/4″ piece
2. Cut out squares in corners
3. Fold on score lines and put into box
4. Round the corners on the 2-13/16″ x 4-3/16″ piece (use SU small corner rounder)
5. Embellish the top piece as desired & adhere to top of box

See comments for supply list.

I did this alterd clipboard before Stampin’ Up! offered their chipboard version which are alot easier to attach designer paper than the non porous ones like this.

This is my first altered clipboard. If I were to do another I’d be more generous with the tacky tape on the background paper, so it didn’t buckle when I put the decopodge stuff on it. I rolled up a piece of the designer paper and put it inside the pen barrel. This is a plastic clipboard. I tried to use Royal Coat Decopodge to attach the paper to the board, that did not work, I had to pull it off and start over.
