I did this alterd clipboard before Stampin’ Up! offered their chipboard version which are alot easier to attach designer paper than the non porous ones like this.

This is my first altered clipboard. If I were to do another I’d be more generous with the tacky tape on the background paper, so it didn’t buckle when I put the decopodge stuff on it. I rolled up a piece of the designer paper and put it inside the pen barrel. This is a plastic clipboard. I tried to use Royal Coat Decopodge to attach the paper to the board, that did not work, I had to pull it off and start over.
